Ms. Ostrander joined Eagle in 2018 supporting and working in close collaboration with our Experts. Prior to joining Eagle, she worked directly for retired FBI Agent Phillip Hayden, EdD and other Use of Force Experts at Phil Hayden and Associates, where she assisted with examining and organizing records, researching, editing and perfecting reports for both criminal and civil cases.
Ms. Ostrander obtained a B.A. in English Language & Literature from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree in Education from George Mason University. She has numerous certificates focused on report writing and document review. Her 25-year professional experience includes being a teacher, transcriptionist, newspaper journalist, editor, technical writer, and researcher.
